Customer Protection

  • We are confident in the quality of our products and offer Pihauss Guarantee service in case of failure in our products. The Pihauss Warranty takes effect if material or workmanship defects are detected in the product you have purchased from Pihauss stores or online sales channel, within the scope of the warranty period and in compliance with the warranty terms. In this case, your product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or the incorrect part of the price of the product will be given to you as a shopping voucher to make purchases at Pihauss stores.

  • Pihauss warranty terms cover the warranty conditions determined by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance, Ministry of Customs and Trade. For problems related to the warranty certificate, you can apply to the Ministry of Customs and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.

Warranty conditions

  • Pihauss provides this guarantee considering that the products will naturally wear out over time under normal usage conditions. For the warranty to be valid, examine the cases that are out of warranty.

  • Malfunctions resulting from the use of the product contrary to the conditions in the user manual and its abnormal use and usage errors are not covered by the warranty.

  • The warranty period starts from the invoice date, which is the delivery date of the products. The invoice replaces the "Warranty Certificate". In order for the product to be repaired under warranty, the original invoice must be presented. Copies or photocopies of invoices and warranty documents issued for the product sold do not replace the warranty certificate.

  • If the product to be exchanged under warranty conditions is still not included in the Pihauss product range, a replacement is made with an equivalent product determined by Pihauss.

  • Pihauss reserves the right to remove all or part of the products sold in its stores from the market and / or re-launch them.

  • Products purchased from the Opportunity Corner Section are not covered by the warranty.

  • You can benefit from the guarantee by making a written or personal application to Pihauss Communication Channels.

  • Warranty conditions are determined according to the relevant laws, regulations and economic life. To benefit from the guarantee, all you have to do is; To keep the original warranty certificate, to pay attention to product maintenance suggestions and to allow us to inspect the products you have purchased.

Shipping Policy

  • The products you buy are sent with the options of standard delivery (with contracted cargo company), delivery from the warehouse or delivery within Istanbul. Check the product you purchased online before receiving it from the cargo. It is not possible to return the online shopping product that has been checked and received by you.

  • TEKZEN, N11 etc. For your purchases from other sales channels, the shipping options of the relevant sales platform will be presented.

  • Shipping fee calculations may vary from time to time with campaigns.

  • During the purchase, the shipping fee and detailed calculations are transparently displayed to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Pihauss:

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Pihauss export depot in Istanbul/Turkey can be returned to Pihauss. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all items and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Used products

  • Harmed products (broken, scratched etc.)
