6mm MDF is integrated on the knotless wooden lumber used.

Kraft honeycomb is used as filling material between wing construction.
A lathless glass gap is opened in accordance with the model.
Moldings must pass through the channel. It is made of wood patterned MDF material in oval shape.
The gasket placed in the channel formed in the frame provides air and sound insulation in the door complex.
Special production can be made to order.
The crates are attached to the wall with polyurethane foam. Moldings are joined to the case with silicone.
It has the feature of disassembling.
Paint in the selected color is applied to the side edges of the wing and to the parts seen on the frame.

Standard Door Leaf size; It is 70 * 200/80 * 200/90 * 200cm.
With the frame, the door set wing width reaches + 7cm and the wing length + 5cm.
For easy assembly area calculation;Considering the share of mounting foam, an average of 10 cm to the width of the wing and 5 cm to the length should be added.
For example, a 90cm * 205cm space is needed for an 80cm Door Wing.
Door wings are produced without lamps as standard. Therefore, it can be installed in all directions.

In the door sets you buy;
- 1 door leaf in the series and model you choose,
- 3 door frames (2 long + 1 short),
- 5 moldings (one long length to be cut for 4 long + 2 short lengths),
- Optional accessory set (handle + lock + hinge + wick),
- Glass is excluded for products with glass.
