This notice explains how personal data is processed on pihauss.com and the Pihauss mobile app. Data controller: Pimetri Engineering & Forest Products.

What we collect

• Quote form: name, company, email, phone, country/city, request type, quantity, delivery date and your message.
• Order tracking: order number and tracking code are stored on your device and sent to our server only when you look up an order.
• App notifications: your device’s notification token and language, if you turn notifications on.
• Admin panel: email and session data of site administrators only.
• Technical data: standard access logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser).

No payments are taken on this site and no card data is collected.

• To prepare quotes and respond to your request
• To show your order status and notify you of changes if you ask us to
• To meet our legal obligations

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. Quote requests are visible only to our authorised sales team.
